• Course in Uniten that is closely related : Mechanical Design Process and Manufacturing Process
  

During 12 weeks of internship, i had been assigned with 4 tasks which are the working schedule:

• process improvement- involving time study of steering handle and cable assembly process and line balancing and doing a research on how to improve production effeciency
  

• sub assy layout - design a layout for manufacturing flow for plastic painting area

• jig design - design a 3D jig using Autodesk Inventor 2009 CAD software

• report preparation - submit a final report (have to submit a monthly report to supervisor every month)
